Ms.Parker's real father?

Anybody watching on TNT? Today's has the implication that the friend of
her mother she used to meet every April is really her real father. But,
in another episode it looks like it's Reins thru insemination or something
because they're proving it's not her real father and that he and Reins are
brothers. So, anybody know which it is? And BTW, what is Ms.Parker's 1st
name?! I don't think they've ever said!
